Welcome to the Vascular Integrated Physiology and Experimental Therapeutics (VIPERx) Lab
The Vascular Integrated Physiology and Experimental Therapeutics (VIPERx) laboratory is a multi-specialty campus-wide core facility committed to investigating human vascular physiology as it relates to a diverse range pathologies. Investigators from cardiology, vascular surgery, nephrology, psychiatry, endocrinology, internal medicine and emergency medicine currently have protocols in the laboratory. We investigate vascular structure and function through high-resolution imaging modalities and commonly employ both approved and investigational new drugs to probe mechanisms of cardiovascular disease and vascular healing.
